Through the years of working as a Port Captain, the most important quality I acquired was to completely understand the principal’s requirements and hence devise the most robust and cost-efficient way to address those needs.

 

I believe that excellence in quality can be achieved only by preventive measures instead of corrective measures therefore it is the duty and direct responsibility of every employee of my company to adhere to the strict quality of service standards held dear by the company.

 

The key factor in launching my own shipping service company has been to improve the quality of services offered to the principals here in Pakistan, by maintaining an uninterrupted line of communications with them during port operations as well as demonstrating what true professionalism is.
